1/2

Connecticut-South Carolina UNDER 52.5 (-110): 2.2/2 (Bookmaker)
I don't think the Huskies can do much on offense here and I don't expect Stephen Garcia to start lighting up secondaries even when he gets a poor one in UConn.

Illinois -3 (-110) vs. Gonzaga: 1.1/1 (Dimeline)
The Fightin' Illini match up well with the Zags everywhere. The only player that worries me is Elias Harris who had his coming out party 2 nights ago against Oklahoma. OU is very small, which Illinois is NOT as they have 2 or 3 players that can switch in against him and I think they have a favorable guard match-up as well. Couple that with the Zags having to travel from Spokane to Chicago and play 2 tough games in 3 days, and I will happily play a one possession favorite in a game starting at 11 a.m. local time for the Bulldogs. Don't forget how Illinois wants to set the record straight on national television after losing badly to Mizzou in a big rivalry game.

Iowa +10.5 (-110) vs. Minnesota: 1.1/1 (Dimeline)
Not a huge believer in the Gophers at this point in the season because they're not a team built to blow teams out. We saw Purdue struggle to cover against this Iowa team, and still seeing DDs is plenty for a home team that can shoot the 3-ball. Minnesota also has Purdue on deck, so I wonder if the team is not 100% focused on the lowly Hawkeyes as they have a huge game coming up next week.

Northwestern +5.5 (-110) vs. Michigan St: 1.1/1 (Bookmaker)
Riding or dying with home dogs today. Think this is going to be a tough game for MSU playing the Princeton offense while they like to run.

Seton Hall -4 (-110) vs. Virginia Tech: 1.1/1 (Bookmaker)
Malcolm Delaney is OUT and I really think that puts too much pressure on Jeff Allen on the interior. The Big East will prove to be a better conference, and I think this one will be a war. The winner of this war will be the Hall because of Jeremy Hazell who will continue his hot shooting and make it too tough for the Hokies to keep up on the scoreboard.

Rutgers +4.5 (-110) vs. Cincinnati: 1.1/1 (Dimeline)
Cincy has too much trouble scoring consistently to be a favorite on the road. Hopefully some home calls go Mike Rosario's way...

Southern Cal -1.5 (-110) vs. Arizona State: 1.1/1 (Dimeline)
USC has been playing great basketball since Gerrity came into the lineup. They have been relying on their defense to squeeze the life out of their opponents, and the Sun Devils are a team they could do it to. I'm 5-1 fading ASU so far this year, and I feel like I have a good read on this team. ASU relies on 3pt shooting without solid shooters and that is a mistake along with Boateng inside being unable to do anything. Vucevic should be able to defend him despite being a soft European, and if not I think Alex Stepheson will dominate him with his bulk pushing Boateng out away from the glass where he could use his height. I'm sure ASU expected to win at least one on this trip to LA, but they're gonna go home down 2 and I just hope Vegas/Costa Rica/Jamaica will keep overvaluing this ASU team until I hit my +10U goal.

Hawaii -1 (-110) vs. Idaho: 1.1/1 (Bookmaker)
Completely embarrassed, but I don't think Idaho has anyone to stop Dwain Williams. I also think it's hard to win on the island when you're not UH.

good luck
