KU should have beat Memphis by 30, but losing Sherron Collins for most of the 2H to cramps made this team unable to do anything. Thank god for selling back my Sparty bet to lock in some profit, and the USC over hit easily. ...still looking for insight on teams with pace changes due to new systems or players graduating as I have a little bit of a list going. Pace changes: UVA-- slower (Tony Bennett Jr. in town): 0-1 o/u UNC-- slower (no Ty Lawson): 1-1 o/u Pitt--slower: Loss of their big 3 and that kills o-rebs as much as points being scored: 0-1 o/u DET-- faster as they have some athletes now and they pushed the pace all night against Cal even using a fullcourt press: 1-0 o/u Wazzu-- faster (former Portland State coach Bone liked uptempo) TEX-- faster (not as good on defense and we can shoot): 0-1 o/u UK-- faster (Calipari brings in some athletes and we all know he likes: 1-1 o/u | |
adding: Butler -5 (+112) @ Northwestern: 1/1.12 (Matchbook) Butler returns all their important players while Northwestern lost Kevin Coble for the season, and I just don't see the Wildcats competing here. Cornell -4 (-110) @ Massachusetts: 1.1/1 (Bookmaker) The disciplined Ivy league team should win this game. UMass lost their leader in Chris Lowe and now all they have is shooter Ricky Harris to throw stuff up from deep to try to keep his team close. I don't think the Minutemen win at the Zoo tonight, and Cornell will show that the win over Alabama wasn't a fluke. Nevada/UNLV UNDER 143 (-110): 1.1/1 (Bookmaker) This many points is enough for me to make a play here. I projected 134.5 and seeing 8.5 extra points and no Wink Adams for UNLV makes me think the Runnin' Rebels won't be running as much here. current card: Cornell -4 (-110) @ Massachusetts: 1.00 Butler -5 (+112) @ Northwestern: 1.12 Nevada/UNLV UNDER 143 (-110): 1.1/1 good luck |
