2/10

Syracuse -10.5 (+108) vs. Connecticut: 1/1.076 (Matchbook)
Best team in the country against a team that relies on transition buckets for almost their entire offense. The 'Cuse zone will limit the easy dunks that UConn is accustomed to and it will force them to hit perimeter shots, which they can't do. Hate laying this much in a rivalry game, but this is the best team in the country and this line is 6 points short.

South Carolina -2.5 (+125) vs. Florida: 1/1.25 (Matchbook)
The Gamecocks have the most dynamic player in this game in Devan Downey, and he is one of the few guards in the nation that has the speed to match-up with Irving Walker. The Gators are notoriously bad on the road, and they'll be walking into a raucous environment in Columbia. I think this line is a reaction to SCary getting blown out in Knoxville on Saturday, but they looked like a team still encouraging each other late in the game despite being down 3 touchdowns and I think that will help them tonight.

UNLV -5.5 (+106) vs. New Mexico: 1/1.06 (Matchbook)
The Runnin' Rebs are electric at home playing out of control basketball they excel at, while forcing opponents to do the same without the same effectiveness. Tonight, the Lobos of New Mexico enter Sin City and they are one of those teams who produce at such an inferior level on the road as opposed to being at home. I don't like playing teams after huge wins like UNLV's victory over BYU, but that's how the schedule comes out and I love lower-ranked teams laying points at home. I'm not a believer in UNM executing on offense, so if the Rebels can get out on Roman Martinez and keep him in check then I think they will win this game easily.

good luck
