***GWarner27's Week Ten CF Picks***

Let's get back on the wagon...

adding:
East Carolina +11.5 (+112) vs. Virginia Tech: 2/2.24 (Matchbook)
Skip Holtz is a better coach than Frank Beamer and he would outclass the old VT coach if DC Bud Foster wasn't roaming the orange and maroon sideline. The Pirates have been preparing for this game since 10/27 and Holtz has some amazing success under his belt against great teams while at ECU. Pinckney will need to keep the ball in his hands tonight and not let his mistakes beat them. I fear a special teams TD from the Hokies, but I also think that VT QB Tyrod Taylor will struggle when Ryan Williams can't run. I saw that a lot of the turkey team still have last week's gut-wrenching loss on their minds, and that will hurt them again tonight. Last week will beat them again tonight ATS (and hopefully SU to avoid the heartache), and I honestly think ECU is more motivated than this Hokies team despite the revenge factor on VT's sideline.
Alabama -7 (-105) vs. LSU: 1.737/1.654 (Matchbook)
Slightly smaller play because a lot of my money is tied up in Duke and Oklahoma. Didn't want to make it a 1/2U play because I really think the Tide will roll up the Tigers. Defense is better and I think Ro McClain will give Russell Shephard some lumps on the field today.
Duke +7.5 (+109) @ North Carolina: 2/2.18 (Matchbook)
UNC is overvalued after last week's W in Blacksburg and this rivalry is huge in the state. Cutcliffe has looked like a great coach at this point bringing Duke into a bowl race, and I think they will be overlooked a bit by UNC. This rivalry has historically been very close and I think we see another nasty game. Sucks i'm losing value in the line, but i would only be upset if it hits 10.
Oklahoma -6 (+102) @ Nebraska: 2/2.04 (Matchbook)
Already outlined my thoughts elsewhere on the site, but I am a big fan of Landry Jones although he plays at a hated rival. I don't think OU has given up on the season, especially because a lot of that team is young and needs to work on the future. I'm sure Stoops is preaching that, and I think he's a GREAT motivator during the regular season. He will have a huge advantage over UNL coach Bo Pelini, and my only worry is Ndamukong Suh having a field day on the young OU line. I expect Stoops to realize that they'll need to stop the only guy that should worry him, and I think Roy Helu Jr.'s injuries will make it too hard for him to run successfully when he's worrying about Brian Jackson et al stripping him. Don't expect this to be a game, and that is why I'm on it. If i was worried about this being close I would stay away based on road chalk alone, but Zac Lee/Cody Green do not concern me one bit against Jackson and that secondary.
Oklahoma -3 (-111, 2H) @ Nebraska: 2.22/2 (Matchbook)
OU is coming back to win this one. Nebraska doesn't deserve to be in this game right now because their offense can't move the ball. One big run from Helu was squandered and I hate to have more than one bet on a game, but I really think Kevin Wilson has figured some things out and it was demonstrated on that last drive. Getting points before the half in college is HUGE.

current card:
East Carolina +11.5 (+112) vs. Virginia Tech: -2.00
Alabama -7 (-105) vs. LSU: 1.654
Duke +7.5 (+109) @ North Carolina: -1.996
Oklahoma -6 (+102) @ Nebraska: 2/2.04
Oklahoma -3 (-111, 2H) @ Nebraska: 2.22/2

good luck
